About Your New Job
- As the Underwriting Management Information Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the underwriting performance analysis within the business.
- You will work on all aspects of the development, implementation, testing, analysis, interpreting, tracking, and support of KPIs, reporting, and all business metrics.
- The Underwriting Management Information Senior Analyst tasks will include the production and delivery of scheduled and ad hoc reports across the Specialty Business Unit.
- Ensure that internal and external reporting requirements are met, and optimize and maintain reporting processes for accuracy and efficiency.
- You will act as a reviewer, challenger, and advisor to business partners on reporting and system matters to ensure regulatory compliance, profitability of the portfolio, and good customer outcomes.
What Skills You Need
- A relevant professional/3rd level qualification and maintenance of a recognized insurance qualification (minimum CIP).
- Previous insurance industry experience, strong experience with Business Intelligence applications such as PowerBI, and strong quantitative and qualitative analysis experience.
- Skilled in the interpretation of data, data management, and portfolio monitoring processes and techniques.
- Strong project management skills, self-motivated, proactive, and able to deliver to strict deadlines.
