The ideal Office and Facilities Admin candidate:
The successful applicant will have great organisational skills and the ability to work on a variety of admin tasks in a busy environment. Tasks such as; Data Entry, Reporting and providing a good quality Customer Service.
The Job Responsibilities:
- Data entry and maintaining records in the TMS system (Transport Management System).
- Respond to customer e-mails and assisting with transport related issues.
- Collect, compile and submit subcontractor reports.
- Support the Transport team with admin tasks, including scheduling, paperwork and other ad hoc tasks.
- Handle general office administration including filing and scanning.
Skills needed for this role:
- Experience of working with a transport management system would be beneficial but this is not essential once applicants are keen and willing to learn
- 1-2 years minimum office experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Computer literacy and knowledge of standard software packages (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience in working within a team environment
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work and remain friendly in a fast-paced environment
