What skills are we looking for?
We’ll talk to anyone who thinks they can cut it in this environment. If you have experience in recruitment, great. But even if you don’t, we’d love to hear from you. If you’ve previous experience in retail, customer service, sales – anything that requires constant contact with customers, that can often work well in recruitment. This is a sales role though, so please be ready to be challenged and targeted, but the rewards, both intrinsic and extrinsic, are excellent.
Responsibilities will include:
- End to end management of recruitment process on client and candidate side
- Business development of existing and new clients (cold calling, events, networking and client meetings)
- Source and manage your own accounts, building relationships with the key decision makers
- Candidate sourcing (online, social media, networking, database management)
- Candidate screening and support (interviewing, consultation, interview preparation)
- Achieving core KPIs and sales targets
- Developing and delivering end to end professional service solutions
- Work with a broad variety of industries and professionals to identify quality candidates - never a dull day!
