Talent Acquisition Specialist
Sigmar Recruitment are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Galway office to work in house with one of our biggest RPO projects in the Medical Device space. The role will report directly into the Manager of the Sigmar Galway team.
You will be supported by a TA team & TA Manager onsite whilst immersing yourself within an amazing culture. This is a unique role whereby you will get to work with both an inhouse team and an agency team all in one.
This role requires previous experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process – meeting with hiring managers, creating job briefs, advertising, sourcing, interviewing, offers and on-boarding.
- Supporting high volume recruitment with high volume requisitions.
- Schedule and lead regular meetings with Senior Engineers and Managers to ensure they are updated on progress on all open requisitions.
- Manage internal moves for site, working closely with managers and local HR.
- Complete weekly and monthly metric reports.
- Negotiate offers, benefits with candidates and hiring managers.
- Supporting international candidates through permit and visa processes.
- Onboarding new hires.
- Administrative duties.
Key Skills & Experience required:
- This will suit someone who has 2 years minimum recruitment experience in both inhouse and agency recruitment.
- Excellent relationship management skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communicator/strong effective communication skills
- Desire to continuously improve and challenge
- Strong organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise, to escalate matters and to multitask.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote.
- Problem Solving
- Strong influencing skills
