About Your New Job - Strategic Account Executive

  • Understand client requirements, goals, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions.
  • Regularly engage with clients to assess their needs and satisfaction
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure they are maximising the value
    from our products and services
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to generate new business from existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for client growth
  • Work closely with internal teams to influence product development and service
    improvements based on client insights.
  • Provide regular reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and growth metrics.
  • Achieve and exceed client retention and growth targets

 

What Skills You Need for this Strategic Account Executive job

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales, customer success, or account management
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and client needs within the relevant sector
  • Demonstrated ability to retain clients and grow accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build, nurture and maintain long-term relationships with clients
