As a Store Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of store associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Set and monitor performance targets for the store, ensuring the team meets sales, operational, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, stock levels, and customer feedback to optimize operations.
- Ensure store cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Handle customer service issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of promotional campaigns, store technology, and customer experience enhancements.
- Regularly generate and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency to inform decision-making and optimize store operations.
What skills you will need as a Store Manager:
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a similar retail leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.
