About Your New Employer

One of Irelands leading process engineering companies are looking for an Administrator for their Site Support Services Business who would also support Health & Safety Administration.

About Your New Role as Site Support Administrator 

  • Provide a quality administrative service, adding value to the Site Support Services team.
  • Raise purchase orders on company ERP system.
  • Upload quotations for SSS work across multiple sites.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks as requested by SSS manager.
  • Support HSO in organising and co-ordinating all aspects of FT safety training, incl locations, attendees, training providers.
  • Ensuring Company training matrix and various contractor portals, incl TBTs are updated and maintained with safety training certs.
  • Contacting employees to get various safety weekly, monthly checks completed, work at heights PPE, Defibs etc.
  • Meet with the HSO to review Communications Register, Inspection Schedule.
  • Coordinate H&S training for all employees, maintain attendance records and training records.
  • Prepare and complete minutes for Company H&S meetings, to include Inspection Schedule, KPIs, Objectives and Plans

 

What Skills Are Needed as Site Support Administrator 

  • Relevant third level qualification in Administration/ Business
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills.
  • Excellent IT, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • A full driving license is desirable.
