Our client is the Number 1 Fitout and building services contractor in Ireland. They are now looking to recruit a Site Manager for their site in Dublin 8
About your new job as an Site Manager job
- Oversee projects from the start of site activities through to final completion.
- Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of the project programme.
- Manage sub-contractors and direct site personnel effectively.
- Coordinate with subcontractors regarding the project schedule.
- Ensure that all necessary resources are available on-site as required.
- Manage variations in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor (QS).
- Handle the submission of RFIs (Requests for Information) and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, Fire Regulations, and other relevant standards.
- Maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental practices on-site.
- Ensure that the finishing work is completed to a superior standard.
- Take responsibility for site Health & Safety in consultation with the Health & Safety Manager.
- Attend and report during site meetings.
