Job Description:
- The Site Manager oversees various construction activities such as health and safety, quality control, site logistics, employee relations, and the supervision of subcontractors and forepersons to meet project production goals.
- Responsibilities include managing the company’s HSEQ systems and procedures, planning site setup and security, coordinating logistics, deliveries, and traffic management. The Site Manager works closely with the Project Manager to ensure adherence to the construction programme, effectively sequencing finishing trades to optimise quality and reduce rework, while monitoring resources, labour, equipment, site setup, and overhead costs.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in site management, covering areas such as commercial, industrial, residential, fit-out, and refurbishment projects.
