About the Company
An established Irish company is seeking a hands-on Site Foreman to oversee operations at its Cork site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise bagging operations to maximise productivity and minimise downtime
- Coordinate dispatch based on customer requirements
- Operate and oversee forklifts, loaders, and other machinery
- Maintain equipment and manage preventative maintenance schedules
- Ensure health & safety compliance across the site
- Manage rosters and coordinate with contractors, staff, and visitors
- Maintain high housekeeping standards in both internal and external areas
- Provide support in the absence of the Site Manager and Dispatch Controller
What You Need:
- Valid forklift, pallet truck, and manual handling certs
- Good computer and communication skills
- Experience in a similar hands-on, supervisory role preferred
