Service and Warranty Administrator – Motor Trade, Maynooth

This organisation, based in Kildare, is looking to hire the brand new role of Service and Warranty Administrator to support their team in their ongoing endeavour of providing excellence to their customers, whilst supporting their continued success and growth.
As their new Service and Warranty Administrator, your primary function will be to manage the coordination and processing of warranty claims, alongside the reporting and collection of such data. You will use this information to provide guidance and assistance to the aftersales and broader team.
This is an excellent permanent opportunity for driven, highly organized individual with relevant Service and Warranty experience within the motor trade. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
As their new Service and Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Improving the quality and processing of claims and relating data
- Monitoring and reporting on the returns of warranty parts and data
- Preparing reports based on warranty claims, expenditure, warranty trends, etc.
- Supporting the MD and management with administrative tasks and duties
- Generating KPI reports with a focus on performance standards and trends
- Providing advice and assistance to the aftersales team
- Implementing warranty standards and compliance with factory standards
- Liaising with technicians to confirm justification on claims
- Developing systems and processes to implement throughout the business, both in back office and workshop
- Workshop control – opening jobs, managing clock in / clock out, coordinating movement of vehicles, invoicing, etc.
The skills you need to join the team as Service and Warranty Administrator include:
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in the Motor trade is ESSENTIAL for consideration
- Experience in or exposure to workshop management
- Experience in working with motor based claims and warranties
Desirable Criteria:
- Administrative experience at a senior level in a similar role
- Strong Outlook and Diary Management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder needs with ease

*Due to the nature of this role this role would be fully office based – hybrid work would not be available.
