A well-known insurance provider is now hiring an SEO Manager to join the team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and manage the SEO strategy to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and ultimately, grow their online presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SEO best practices, analytics, and emerging trends.

As an SEO Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
  • Optimize website content, including landing pages, blogs, and product descriptions, for search engines.
  • Manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including link-building strategies, technical SEO, and site architecture.
  • Monitor and analyse website performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments, and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Manage and optimize SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms.

 

What skills you will need as a SEO Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in SEO management, with a proven track record of achieving commercial results through the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Strong skills in using tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog SEO Spider, and Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl).
  • Experience with Jira and Tableau.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
