About Your New Job
- You will be responsible for leading a team of sales agents
- In this role, you will be reporting to the Commercial Manager
- You will be expected to ensure your team are achieving sales targets and identify areas for training and improvement
- This role will also be responsible for upselling and cross selling of products to maximise profits
- You will also be assisting on the recruitment and onboarding of new members of the sales team
- This will be an office-based position with an early finish on a Friday
What Skills You Need
- 3+ years’ experience in leading sales teams
- Ability to motivate and inspire your team to hit targets
- You must be comfortable in managing performance and providing feedback to highlight both areas of excellence and areas of improvement
