About your new job: The Senior Quality Manager will be fully responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485 standards. This role involves leading quality initiatives, overseeing quality assurance and control processes, and driving continuous improvement efforts. It is a pivotal position in achieving operational excellence and delivering products that meet the highest industry standards.

Your duties as a Senior Quality Manager:

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485 standards, overseeing quality management systems across both plants.
  • Lead QA and QC teams to monitor, inspect, and test processes and products, ensuring adherence to specifications and compliance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and CAPA, to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the quality team, fostering a culture of accountability and quality excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to uphold quality standards throughout manufacturing.
  • Report quality metrics and improvement initiatives to senior leadership and act as the primary contact for audits and regulatory bodies.

What skill/experience you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Over 6 years of quality management experience, ideally in manufacturing environments adhering to ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485 standards.
  • In-depth expertise in quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency in quality tools, root cause analysis, CAPA, and improvement processes such as Six Sigma or Lean.
  • Proven leadership experience with a collaborative and solution-driven approach to team development.
