My client a growing Tech company based in West Dublin have a requirement for a Senior Financial Controller, reporting into Director of Finance and managing all day to day finance duties and running the team

About Your New Job
- Overall responsibility for day-to-day finance function. Including sign off of accounts from multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage and comply with local government reporting requirements and tax filings including VAT, CT, PAYE, etc
- Ensure that a full suite of management information for monitoring the performance of the Company is prepared and reviewed within reporting deadlines
- Regularly monitoring the firm’s working capital requirements to ensure that sufficient funds are maintained at all times.
- Manage the month end and year end process and drive efficiencies to reduce reporting timelines.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls and drive process improvement.
- Work with finance director as required to support various funding projects
- Accounting and integration of all sucessful mergers
What skills you need
- Fully qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA ), with 7 - 10 years PQE
- Solid technical accounting knowledge
- Strong International finance exp
- Mergers and acquisitions experience is a must
- Strong staff management
- Has gained experience either leading or has taken a key role in an ERP implementation
