Leading manufacturing specialist in packaging are looking for an Sales Order Processor

 

About Your New Job as an Sales Support Administrator

  • Customer service & Sales order processing.
  • Setting up new customers and suppliers on system
  • Setting up new products in system, calculating cardboard required etc.
  • Purchasing - Ensuring availability of raw materials and checking for depleted stocks. Placing PO’s
  • Processing works orders and producing pallet labels
  • Printing all delivery dockets and Invoices
  • Maintain Customer portals
  • Liaising with transport to organise deliveries – ensuring delivery dates are met
  • Organising outside transport/couriers
  • Answering telephone
  • General Admin, filing etc.
  • Stock, Ensuring pricing correct
  • Maintaining quality system ISO 9001 including responding to customer complaints and corrective actions. Updating procedures and forms as require

What Skills You Need as Sales Order Processor

  • Sales/customer support experience
  • Good with systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, team player & networker
  • Order processing/Order management experience
  • Self-motivated, ambitious & driven.
  • Taking initiative and attitude is key.
