Leading manufacturing specialist in packaging are looking for an Sales Order Processor
About Your New Job as an Sales Support Administrator
- Customer service & Sales order processing.
- Setting up new customers and suppliers on system
- Setting up new products in system, calculating cardboard required etc.
- Purchasing - Ensuring availability of raw materials and checking for depleted stocks. Placing PO’s
- Processing works orders and producing pallet labels
- Printing all delivery dockets and Invoices
- Maintain Customer portals
- Liaising with transport to organise deliveries – ensuring delivery dates are met
- Organising outside transport/couriers
- Answering telephone
- General Admin, filing etc.
- Stock, Ensuring pricing correct
- Maintaining quality system ISO 9001 including responding to customer complaints and corrective actions. Updating procedures and forms as require
What Skills You Need as Sales Order Processor
- Sales/customer support experience
- Good with systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, team player & networker
- Order processing/Order management experience
- Self-motivated, ambitious & driven.
- Taking initiative and attitude is key.
