About Your New Employer
Our client is a medium sized M&E Contractor operating out of the greater Dublin area. They are working on a wide variety of commercial, healthcare and retail premises across the wider Leinster area. They are looking to appoint a maintenance plumber for a role that will be responsible for the maintenance of these premise's. The role is a mix of preventative and reactive maintenance with a good contractor who has a reputation for holding onto their staff and treating them well. The hours are relatively normal too with not too many out of hours calls.
About Your New Job
- Maintain and service equipment in plant rooms, including boilers, pumps, pressure vessels, calorifiers, and associated control systems.
- Perform both scheduled preventive maintenance and reactive repairs as needed.
- Support inquiries related to quotes and procurement processes.
- Take responsibility for the installation of plumbing and heating systems when necessary.
What Skills You Need
The ideal candidate will hold a mechanical qualification and have at least two years experience in a maintenance role. Candidate must also be Registered Gas Installers (RGI).
