Recruitment Researcher/Resourcer - Executive Search

You will play a crucial role in supporting our Executive Search team by identifying and engaging with potential candidates. You will use various sourcing techniques and tools to build a robust talent pipeline, ensuring we can meet the needs of our clients efficiently and effectively. You will also provide detailed research and market analysis, gather and analyse data, monitor industry trends, and provide insights that will assist in making informed recruitment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, skills demand, and talent availability.

  • Analyse data from various sources to create detailed reports and insights.

  • Assist in drafting job descriptions, developing recruitment strategies and posting job adverts on various different platforms.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date market intelligence databases.

  • Collaborate with the relevant recruitment consultants to understand client needs and provide relevant market information.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies impacting the recruitment landscape.

  • Conduct research to identify potential candidates using online databases, social media, and other sourcing tools.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future recruitment needs.

  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening interviews.


Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role is preferred.

  • Excellent analytical and research skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
