About Your New Job
- Front of House Duties: As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Administrative Support: Assist the operations team with various administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Office Coordination: Maintain the reception area, manage meeting room bookings, and ensure the smooth running of daily office operations.
What Skills You Need
- Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanour.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
