About Your New Job

Step into the role of Project Manager and lead impactful renewable energy initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Leadership: Manage the electrical and mechanical installations of renewable energy systems, ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
  • Team Management: Oversee subcontractors, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain project alignment.
  • Budget and Schedule Oversight: Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality and safety standards.
  • Coordination: Work closely with project engineers, site managers, and contractors to align with corporate policies and best practices.
  • Technical Support: Provide guidance to customers and internal teams, and deliver in-house project management training.

What Skills You Need

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • A third-level qualification in Electrical, Sustainable, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Irish construction, with knowledge of EHS regulations.
  • A strong understanding of renewable energy systems, including Solar PV, Wind Turbines, and Biomass Boilers.
  • Proficiency in budget management and a full, clean driving license.
