Our client is the Number 1 Fitout and building services contractor in Ireland. They are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to manage large or number of smaller projects.
About your new job as a Project Manager
- Represent the company in dealings with clients and design teams, fostering strong relationships.
- Ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance on-site.
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and in line with project expectations.
- Assist with the preparation of technical submittals.
- Manage the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Plan and schedule project activities.
- Oversee and coordinate various project work streams to ensure successful delivery.
- Issue contractual notices such as variations, delays, and extensions of time.
- Monitor costs and contribute to monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVR), taking appropriate actions where necessary.
- Chair progress meetings and provide effective reporting on outcomes.
What skill/experience you need for this Project Manager Job
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Construction Management including a minimum of 5 years as project manager.
