About Your New Job

As a Production Operative, you will support the manufacture of high-quality veterinary products within a GMP-regulated environment. You will:

  • Operate production equipment in line with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Comply with Health & Safety and Quality standards at all times.

  • Complete relevant documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Support cleaning procedures and ensure audit readiness of work areas.

  • Monitor outputs, report issues, and contribute to process improvements.

What Skills You Need

  • At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing setting using quality-regulated processes.

  • Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths – internal assessment will be completed.

  • Attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage your own workload.

  • Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift schedule including nights and weekends.

Desirable:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or similarly regulated environments.

  • Familiarity with GMP procedures.

What’s on Offer

  • Salary: £14.09–£15.69 per hour (depending on experience), plus shift premiums.

  • Shifts: Standard Monday–Friday rotating shifts (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am) and 12-hour continental shifts available. Day (6am–6pm), Night (6pm–6am).

  • Development: Structured training and development within a stable and growing company.
