This company has offices across the UK & Ireland and a strong portfolio of data center/pharmaceutical delivery contractors as clients. As a result of continued growth, this company is looking to hire an Pre Construction Manager from an Mechanical Engineering background for their new office in Louth.

About Your New Role
The Pre-Construction Mechanical Manager will play a crucial role in the early stages of project development, overseeing the mechanical aspects of pre-construction planning and coordination. This position involves working closely with clients, design teams, and project managers to ensure that all mechanical systems are accurately designed, estimated, and planned. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of the pre-construction process.


What Skills You'll Need

  • Knowledge of construction and building regulations, codes and standards
  • Competent understanding of multi-disciplinary design processes and coordination
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Strong ability to analyse construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to plan and maintain project programmes up to construction stage
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently

  • Understanding of building components and systems
  • Ability to work with a wider project team, as well as internal and external stakeholders
