About Your New Employer
My client a well renowned Irish Institution is seeking a Personal Injury Legal Claims professional on a 9 month FTC supporting the Head of Insurance in all Claims management matters.
Your New Role
- To proactively manage a high volume portfolio of Personal Injury and related claims including Employers, Public, Motor and Product Liability claims.
- Experience in discrimination claims brought to the WRC under the Equal Status Acts would be an advantage
- To advise on litigation strategies including any third party involvement
- Be capable of achieving the best settlement outcomes either directly or in conjunction with our external legal teams,
- To manage relationships with our business partners including panel solicitors, Senior and Junior Counsel, forensic engineers, cost accountants, private investigations, stenographers, and all relevant third parties as appropriate
What Skills You Need
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Ideally 3+ years PQE Solicitor or claims professional a professional working within legal claims with a minimum of 5 years experience of personal Injury and related claims including Employers’ and Public Liability, Motor, Product claims
