Hours: 9.15am to 5pm
Location: City Centre

About the company:
This temporary role is with a government body with offices in Galway City Centre.

About the job role:
This role will be supporting a busy office administration team. Dur to a busy period, the team need support with dealing with phone and e-mail queries. Full training will be given.
After a period of time, the phone calls will decrease and the role will require organising and checking documentation/filing.

Experience and Skills needed for this Job role:
The successful applicant will have prior office experience and excellent communication skills (written and over the phone). A good attention to detail is also important.

Taking phone calls and e-mails from clients and organising filing and paper work.
