In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining our buildings, industrial systems, and equipment through routine preventive maintenance and repairs.
About Your New Job
- Conduct ongoing preventive maintenance on facility mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Assist with modifications to building equipment and systems.
- Review and complete assigned work orders, estimating time and materials needed.
- Support energy management by ensuring all systems operate at peak efficiency.
- Maintain inventory of necessary parts, tools, and supplies.
- Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems.
- Deliver output by adhering to defined processes under close supervision.
What Skills You Need
- Mechanical Trade Qualification.
- Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting to 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow work routines and standards.
- Clear communication skills for exchanging information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
- Willingness to work under the guidance and follow defined procedures.
