About Your New Job

• Collaborate with Colleagues: Inspire customer moments of delight and pursue amazing outcomes each day.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to all functions, ensuring all plant and equipment is maintained in accordance with statutory and manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Fault Finding and Snagging: Manage the provision of SLA’s and be responsible for fault finding and snagging of existing and refurbished buildings.
• Safety Culture: Participate in creating and enhancing our safety culture, log quality hazards, and ensure resulting actions are closed out.
• Maintenance and Compliance: Ensure the maintenance of site life and building safety systems, manage subcontractors, and review third-party risk assessments.

What Skills You Need

• Relevant Qualification: In the Mechanical field.
• Health and Safety Qualification: Nebosh / IOSH.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar building environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Broad technical knowledge and understanding of FM and building systems.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and spoken English.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
