As a result of continued expansion, they require an experienced Mechanical Package Manager in the Leinster area.
About Your New Job
- Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of Mechanical Services projects, from Pre-Construction and Planning to Construction, Testing, and Commissioning.
- Ensure the successful delivery of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) components in accordance with project requirements.
- Facilitate the timely exchange of design information and updates to support smooth project execution.
- Conduct thorough inspections of installation processes to ensure adherence to the approved quality standards and project specifications.
- Prioritize and enforce safety standards across all MEP works throughout the project.
- Collaborate effectively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
What Skills You Need
Relevant third-level degree and at least 10 years of experience. Experience in construction or civil engineering projects, particularly in sectors such as Mission Critical, Pharmaceuticals, Data Centres, or Hi-Tech, is highly desirable. chartered or working towards chartership. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with advanced proficiency in IT, to support efficient project coordination and collaboration.
