Job title: Marketing Manager
Reporting into: Operations Director
Job location: Mayo/Galway border
Working hours: Working hours of either 8am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5.30pm.
Contract type: Permanent
Direct reports: No direct reports at the moment however this will change over the next couple of years.
Hybrid: There is the option to work one day per week from home.

This is an Irish business (suppliers into construction) with offices in Mayo, the UK and currently expanding into the US. This company has approximately 32 employees and this role will suit ambitious applicants that enjoy a varied Marketing role.
This company has big expansion plans, this exciting role will suit a talented Marketing professional with a passion for Marketing and the ambition to help this business move forward. You will have a lot of support in this role as well as a lot of autonomy.
Marketing Manager role responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand development, drive sales, and enhance this employer’s market presence.
Reporting to the Company Director, you will oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and market research, as well as other day to day operational tasks.

Qualifications & Experience needed for this Marketing job:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience (2 + years) in a marketing role; including developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems to measure campaign effectiveness
- Capability to use a variety of software including WordPress, Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office.
