About Your New Job As A Service Technician
- As a Service Technician you will ensure the continued running of the facility for all process mechanical & electrical equipment through a hands-on approach.
- Develop maintenance procedures and other Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental documentation as necessary.
- Work with Process Engineer, Plant Electrical Engineer & other production staff on troubleshooting and improvement projects.
- Ensure all maintenance (internal & contractors) work is carried out correctly, safely and recorded as per the procedures.
- Act as a key stakeholder in the facility and be available for remote support and call out – process to be defined.
What Skills You Need For Your New Job As A Service Technician
- An electrical/mechanical qualification is essential for this position.
- A background in maintenance experience is essential for this position - preventative, corrective and planned.
- Experience of fault finding and repair of mechanical, pneumatic and electrical control/automation systems.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
- Experience with three phase, motors, drives and instrumentation involving flow, pressure, temperature, and level measurement.
