About Your New Job
As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead and execute corrective and preventative maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and Health and Safety standards. Your role will involve troubleshooting, collaborating with engineers, vendors, and equipment owners to resolve issues, and maintaining a balanced maintenance and calibration schedule year-round. You'll develop and monitor Maintenance KPIs, report performance to management, create detailed shutdown schedules, represent the Maintenance team in cross-functional meetings, develop standard operating procedures, provide on-call support, and oversee the maintenance team's performance.
What Skills You Need
- 5+ years of experience in a similar environment
- 5+ years in a supervisory role, overseeing calibration and repairs on production equipment
- Extensive knowledge of Maintenance and Quality Systems in a food manufacturing environment, including deviations, root cause analysis, training, and documentation practices.
