One of Irelands leading property firms are currently hiring a maintenance coordinator to be based on a large mixed use development in Dublin 8. This role will involve working as part of a large team the role will involve dealing with a landlord operating in the PRS market, dealing with tenants on a day to day basis.
About your new role
The Maintenance Co-Ordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance requests that are received through our department portal from tenants residing in our managed properties as well as organizing and overseeing yearly development project works. This role will involve, organizing maintenance contractors to visit the properties, reviewing quotes, scheduling works, liaising with tenants, discussing quotes with clients, key management and invoice approval.
Tracking incoming maintenance requests, Scheduling works, Review quotes and give approvals for work to be carried out, Contractor management and tracking completion of work, Key Management, Annual Project Development Work, Invoice Approval
What skills you need
Candidates will need experience in FM or Property and have experience working in a fast paced environment. Strong administrative experience along with excellent organizational skills.
What's on offer
Salary of €37000 for the successful candidate along with a pension contribution of 5% and a discretionary bonus each year.
