Your primary goal will be to create a memorable shopping experience, build strong customer relationships and drive sales through product knowledge and a personalised service.
About your new Retail Sales Job
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming manner, ensuring a personalised shopping experience tailored to their needs.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company products, including features, benefits, and care instructions, to effectively communicate this information to customers.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and fostering customer loyalty.
- Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards and ensure product displays are inviting and aligned with company guidelines.
- Support stock management, including receiving deliveries, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring product availability.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits through follow-up and exceptional service.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive work environment and share best practices in customer service and sales techniques.
- Taking payments and Cash balancing
What Skills You Need for this Luxury Retail Sales Consultant Job
- Previous experience in retail, within luxury or high-end brands, is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within Retail.
- A polished and professional appearance that reflects the company’s luxury image.
- Flexibility to attend company events.
- A genuine interest in luxury retail and the ability to convey this passion to customers.
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Living within a commutable distance to Dublin City Centre.
What’s on Offer
Salary is 30-60k depending on experience along with Pension scheme, Health care, 26 days Annual Leave and Bonus structure if targets are met.
