About Your New Job As Lead Electrical Technician
- As a Lead Electrical Technician you will be spending more time in a hands off capacity as opposed to being on the tools all day.
- You will be responsible for a team of 6 electricians providing them leadership and guidance.
- Carry out planned maintenance of systems and services when your expertise is needed.
- Assist with the direct supervision of client vendors/contractors on site to ensure a comprehensive contractor management system.
- Ensuring a high standard of health and safety awareness before, during and after works are complete.
What Skills You Need For Your New Job As A Lead Electrical Technician
- A relevant trade certification is a minimum for this job – ideally Mechanical or Electrical.
- Strong maintenance experience required – corrective, preventative and predictive.
- Leadership experience would be a bonus or the ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
