Your New Role
- Support the Health & Safety Manager in implementing safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
- Ensure all safety documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Provide safety training and inductions for new employees and subcontractors.
- Report and record any safety incidents or near-misses.
What You Need
- NEBOSH or QQI qualification in Occupational Health and Safety is required.
- Minim of 6 - 12 months experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
