About Your New Employer

 A well-established and expanding food company in West Cork is looking for an International Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in seafood sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Travel to the EU and US - Visiting some of the most well-known retail outlets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Work closely with internal teams including production, quality, and marketing colleagues to align sales efforts with company strategy.

 

What Skills You Need

  • Degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10 years’ experience in international sales, preferably in the seafood or food industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required - 30% EU and US
