About Your New Role
- In your new role as the HR Manager for the Southern Region, you will be expected to travel occasionally between Cork, Tralee and Waterford.
- You will be based in Cork with a Hybrid option once settled in the role
- You will devise and execute a HR people plan for the Southern region
- Delivery of recruitment, selection and placement activity within business needs
- You will be the primary HR point of contact where you will provide professional, objective and fair advice with the aim of supporting all employees.
- Develop a strong ER strategy and build relationships with trade unions both locally and regionally

What Skills You Need
- At least 2 years experience in a HR Management/Supervisory position
- Relevant 3rd level Degree in Human Resources/Business
- Must have a clean drivers license and access to own car
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR Systems
- Experience in providing HR advisory and support services to management teams and staff
- Strong project and programme management skills
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies, processes, practices and procedures.
