HR Specialist - 12 Month FTC 


Seeking a HR Specialist to join membership organisation on a 12 month fixed term basis.
This role is to assist HR and Change projects happening within the business, collaborating with various departments to implement change management strategies aimed and ensuring employee engagement.

Responsibilities:
• Supporting key change projects in the business.
• Rolling out of new LMS.
• Manage the implementation of a new L&D framework.
• Reviewing induction process.
• Performing skills gap analysis, reviewing and developing role profiles.
• Assisting with general HR tasks too such as recruitment and wellbeing initiatives.

Requirements:
• 4-5 years HR experience.
• Experience at a HR Generalist level.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or other relevant fields.
• Strong Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting change projects is a plus.
