HR Generalist
My client is based in Navan Co. Meath and seeking a HR Generalist to join their growing team.
This is a very hands on HR role and will suit someone with manufacturing industry experience and preferably exposure to Workday. This is a fully onsite position reporting into Head of HR.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and support full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, new starter packs and contracts administration and leave processes.
• Implementation of HR policies and procedures, regular reviewal and maintenance.
• Monitor and analysing of HR metrics including headcount, absence, turnover, working time directive, ESG reporting requirements and others identified for compliance.
• Maintenance of Workday system.
• Management of employee leave entitlements.
• Support management with HR related issues and grievances and disciplinaries.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and support Head of HR with new initiatives across the organisation.
Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience in HR related role, at Senior HR Administrator or Generalist level.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages and HRIS systems.
• Ideally experience in a similar industry.
• CIPD Qualification or other relative qualifications.
