Hybrid working of 3 days on site and 2 days from home.

About Your New Job
- Partner with stakeholders in the business to provide HR guidance and coaching.
- Working closely with the wider HR team in delivering HR strategy and ensuring a strong culture and engagement with employees.
- Design and drive Talent Management strategy for the site.
- Partnering with the Talent Attraction, Onboarding, Diversity and Inclusion, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Employee Well-Being, Communication and Change Management teams to ensure a good quality service delivery at all stages of the employee life cycle.
- Managing and delivering multiple culture and employee engagement initiatives.
What Skills/Experience You Need
- A degree in HR or a related discipline.
- 4-6 years related work experience as a HR Business Partner/Generalist. This role could potentially suit someone looking for the next step in their career.
- Applicants need a strong employee focus including employee engagement and culture engagement experience. Although it would be beneficial, you do not need to come from a manufacturing/pharma background. Experience of working in a fast paced environment is key.
- In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law.
