About Your New Job
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communications.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and legal requirements.
- Supporting the onboarding process, including preparation of contracts, induction materials, and schedules for new hires.
- Acting as the point of contact for employee queries related to policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assisting with the coordination of training and development programmes.
- Monitoring and updating HR systems and databases, generating reports when needed.
- Ensuring HR processes align with employment legislation and company policies.
- Supporting HR projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience and improving HR processes.
What Skills You Need
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
