About Your New Job
Kickstart your career as a Graduate Quality Controller and play a vital role in maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
Food Safety Implementation:
Developing and maintaining Food Safety HACCP plans to ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards.Quality Control:
Performing quality checks on products, processes, packaging, labels, and metal detection systems.Non-Conformance Management:
Identifying, reporting, and managing non-conformances to maintain product quality.Documentation Management:
Completing and reviewing quality documentation and production check sheets, ensuring proper documentation control.Audit and Visit Support:
Assisting with customer and regulatory visits, as well as internal and external audits to uphold industry standards.Collaboration:
Working alongside the Quality Manager to sustain site hygiene and quality systems.
What Skills You Need
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A diploma or degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel being essential.
