As a customer service rep, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service and enhance strong relationships with their customers
- Ensure any queries are responded to in a timely manner
- Provide updates to customers and the internal departments
- Taking inbound calls and updating systems
Requirements
- Fluent written and oral German and English
- Customer service experience
- Out-going people-oriented personality
- MS Office proficient
