Role Overview:
- Assist with efficient line setup, ensuring clearances and batch documentation are in place for each production/packing run.
- Assemble and pack products as per orders to meet production goals.
- Maintain operational efficiency to achieve production schedules.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and output targets.
- Report any deviations from SOPs to your supervisor promptly.
- Work efficiently, including managing break times, and encourage a self-directed approach.
- Keep production areas clean and organized.
- Follow all safety, housekeeping, and quality guidelines.
- Take part in training, development, and Lean programs focused on efficiency and waste reduction.
- Build strong working relationships with team members.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and proven reliability.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus, along with knowledge of production processes.
Requirements:
- Flexibility with working patterns and tasks.
- Compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.
- Meet Quality standards, working to ISO9001 and ISO14001.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in team-based environments.
