Plumbers - Leinster Region
The selected Plumbers will be responsible for working on the GNI maintenance contract, focusing on ongoing metering, siteworks, and activities related to customers and shippers.
The role requires the Plumbers to be available for emergency first response duties as per an agreed rota.
The compensation includes a rate of €26 per hour, along with a generous stand-by package.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair gas appliances and pipework in both domestic and commercial settings.
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure safe and accurate installations.
- Perform routine maintenance on gas appliances and pipework to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.
- Repair faulty gas appliances and pipework.
- Accurately interpret plans and drawings to complete work correctly.
Candidate Requirements:
- A full, clean driver’s license is essential.
- Experience in gas installations is essential.
- Current RGI and GDA qualifications are required.
- Must be confident, motivated, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong time management skills to achieve targets.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Must demonstrate integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacy.
