Founders Associate

As a Founders Associate, you will work closely with our founders to support the growth and success of our company. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to various aspects of the business including strategic planning, operations, market research, and much more more.
In your new Job as a Founders Associate you will:
- Assist the founders in developing and executing business strategies and plans.
- Streamline and manage day-to-day operations to ensure the business runs smoothly.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Lead or support various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Support the development and launch of new products or services.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing communications, and organizing events.
To succeed as a Founders Associate you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ideally 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- OR
- Experience working as a Consultant or Junior Consultant or Associate with a Professional Services Co. or Business Consultancy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- A passion for innovation and entrepreneurship.
