About Your New Job:
- Ensure new product consistency and adherence to standards for consumer satisfaction.
- Lead research projects from concept to launch, collaborating across functions for innovation.
- Lead and support R&D/NPD & EPD projects from concept to launch for innovation and renovation.
- Oversee compliance with policies, legislation, and the product development process for line extensions and brand resizing.
What Skills You Need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology or Food Science.
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Development or related roles.
- Strong project management, time management, and research skills.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Knowledge of food quality systems, legislation, and a variety of technical aspects, with a proactive and flexible attitude.
