Finishing Foreman – Residential Site

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee and manage the completion stages of a high-quality residential project in Dublin. This role requires a motivated and detail-oriented professional who can ensure all finishing tasks are carried out to the highest standards within set deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all finishing works on-site, ensuring adherence to the project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring smooth coordination across tasks such as painting, tiling, joinery, and final snagging.
- Enforce strict compliance with health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently while maintaining quality and schedules.
- Lead the snagging process and ensure all defects are rectified to the satisfaction of the client and project manager.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, site team, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of all finishing phases.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction finishes and the ability to manage high-end finishing works
Qualifications:
- A trade qualification (e.g., carpentry, joinery, or similar) is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
