Financial Accountant – €70,000 – North Dublin - 6 Month Contract

About Your New job
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and reporting.
- Assist with external audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and analysis.
What You Need:
- Fully Qualified Accountant, ideally with demonstrable experience of accounts preparation, analysis, and reconciliation.
- Strong Excel skills and are comfortable working with Sage 50, or equivalent.
- A performance-driven mindset, with excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
