Job Title: Facilities Project Workspace Planner
Location: On site, Parkmore, Galway
Contract length; 23 months
Hours: Office hours
This exciting job opportunity is with one of our Medical Device clients in Galway. They are a large local employer with an excellent reputation in Galway.
Responsibilities of the Facilities PMO Workspace Planner:
- Responsible for the Workspace Request mailbox, managing all new queries raised, and logging them onto the database.
- Assisting in planning, and resourcing, of workspace requests
- Support in the creation of workspace plans to find solutions for requests.
- Maintain and update workspace documentation such as guides and SharePoint information.
- Play a key role in the PMO, supporting administration, and the coordination of all live projects.
- Assist in setting up monthly Workspace and PMO reports, highlighting the KPI’s.
- Assist Facilities Finance in tracking PO’s and in their updating monthly reports.
- Supporting the Facilities Helpdesk.
Key Skills & Experience required
- Third Level 6 Qualification, with 3 years + relevant experience in a similar type role
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to collaborate effectively, work effectively and proactively on cross-functional teams
- Proficient oral and written communication skills and ability to develop warm cross functional relationships
- Good organizational, and presentation skills
